Bomber, the visionary of Sauce has years of experience learning his trade back in his hometown of Dublin, Ireland. There, he worked with some of the best educators, and with some of the heavyweights in the barber scene, Old County and Cut&Sew. He recently spent a few years perfecting his craft in Sydney, Australia, now the co-founder of Sauce has a well-rounded vision of what a barbershop needs to succeed. Philip Chan
Front of House
Philip is the one who keeps us running smooth as our fades.
While he is busy working keeping us all on time and keeping you (our clients) happy, comfortable and cups full of coffee, beer or gin you can catch him having a dance on his down time he's here to make your experience at Sauce as enjoyable as it can be. Find him on IG @agostomarzo
Chris White
Senior Barber & Educator
Chris started his hair career in Bath, England before moving to London to train as a barber. He built up a strong clientele and continued to progress through working in a popular barbershop. In 2017 Chris made the move to the artic circle, to Norway, to help open a successful barbershop which was his home for two years. Wanting more of a challenge, Chris moved to Hong Kong in 2019 and has built a life here after honing his skills around Europe. Follow him on IG @chrisw.97
Pinky Poon
Senior Stylist
Pinky is Hong Kong through and through having lived and worked here for the majority of her extensive career as a Barber. She learnt her trade while traveling the world, before she came to join the Sauce Family in 2022. Pinky is fun, energetic, and has a love for fashion and music, which shows in her signature style of haircuts. She has a passion for hair, and is always looking for new and unique ways to change to industry. Pinky can produce the modern classics, or something a little out there if that’s what you’re after, but she will always give the best advice and make sure you’re leaving her chair with a look the suits you perfectly. Xander Palencia
Barber
Xander was raised in Hong Kong, an aspiring Apprentice Barber who thrives to perfect his skills as a Barber. His background as a visual art student paved a path for his passion in barbering. At the start of 2021, he has worked in other well known barber shops in Central and is now settling with us in Sauce to level up. Check him out on IG @xander.cutz
Toby Nguyá»…n
Barber
Toby joined Sauce in March 2022 having worked at other well-known barbershops in Central, HK. Although young, you’d think she’d been Barbering for years with her high level of understanding and execution of classic and contemporary cuts. She has a major passion for her craft, and is always looking to upskill, and find ways to perfect her own style. She often blends traditional cuts, with a modern twist, and says “Versatility is key”. Jeeson
Barber
Jeeson joined Sauced early in the Summer of 2023. He studied Art, design and Fashion before travelling to the UK to learn from some of the best barbers in the world. Not only did he learn from the Menspire educators, he was also taught his skills or the trade from Barbers from Italy and Slovakia!

Ming Chan
Barber
​Ming has over a decade of experience barbering under his belt. He first took interest and start learning the craft in Melbourne , Australia, after making a name for himself both in Hong Kong and internationally.
Ming's forte would be on smooth classic cuts, fading and shaping the head.
